Celebrate Oregon’s Places, People, and Pollinators during National Pollinator Week, June 18-24.

Over ten years ago the U.S. Senate’s unanimous approval and designation of a week in June as “National Pollinator Week” marked a necessary step toward addressing the urgent issue of declining pollinator populations. Pollinator Week has now grown into an international celebration of the valuable ecosystem services provided by bees, birds, butterflies, bats and beetles

More information can be found at the Pollinator Partnership.

In Oregon in 2018, bee enthusiasts are partnering with Oregon Bee Project to organize events around the state in celebration of our bees and other pollinators. Click on the locations highlighted on the map to learn more about individual events in your area.
